How long will it take to get my decal?
All orders are shipped within 7 days of received payment. If you are paying
with check we postpone decal creation until the check has cleared.
Can I get my decal with multiple colors? T&L
only manufactors single color decals. Our standard decals are white (which
looks best on car windows). We can do a decal in any color but there is
a $35 fee for colors besides white. If your order is over $150 we waive
the fee.
Can you make a decal from a photo? Sorry but
no.
What file format should I send my image as?
We prefer .png, .cdr, .bmp, .tiff, .jpg. Also, providing low quality graphics
will slow or even prevent us from using your graphic.
Can I get decals cheaper if I order more?We
offer bulk order pricing and also have a fundraiser program that offers
decals at a cheaper price for organizations, schools, teams, and churches.
What do I do if some of the letters won't stick to the window?
Check the back of the area that won't stick to see if there is still paper
stuck on the back of it. If there is, remove it with a knife or fingernail
and restick the decal.
My decal is wrong, how do I get it fixed? Send
us a copy of your order along with the flawed decal. If the error was
ours we will replace it for free. If the error was not due to T&L
ink there will be a $5 replacement fee. |
